How long before I see results?

We cannot legally guarantee the outcome of any situation, but we can tell you that out of the 2000 plus clients we have serviced within the past 3 years have seen 80% of negative information removed within the first 30 days of becoming a client, everybody’s situation is different so you to get the best answer pertaining to your own situation you need to schedule a credit evaluation with one of our consultant.

What if all my negative items are accurate?

The F.T.C & the F.C.R.A determine the accuracy of any information on your credit report not you so if you are reading this probably cannot decipher whats accurate or inaccurate and will need to schedule your free consultation with one of your credit consultants to understand what is accurate and not accurate on your report.

Can you help while I’m going through bankruptcy?

It doesn’t matter what stage of the bankruptcy you are in, as it makes no difference to the F.C.R.A and the Federal Trade Commission standards and statutes. Also remember the big three (Transunion, Equifax, Experian) have to adhere to the F.C.R.A (fair credit reporting act) which is mandated by the Federal Trade Commission and fortunately for you we can challenge any information that is being reported as for any public record as well.

Is credit repair worth it? why?

That is relative to two simple things: your assets versus your liabilities, by understanding how much it will cost you and your return on that investment. What are the costs associated with your service?

We focus on completely removing every single negative item on all five credit bureaus (Transunion, Equifax, Experian, Innovis, and Lexis Nexis) Our pricing is dependant upon how many negative items are on your report and their current status i.e closed or opened accounts. You must call in our credit consulting team within normal business hours and receive your free consultation in order to  receive a quotation because everybody’s case is different and may or may not require additional services to ensure 100% deletion.

Where are your offices located, do you have office in my area?

Our headquarters is located in Howell, New Jersey and we have a handful of offices around the nation. However our credit consultants and support team are available by phone or email to help assist you with your credit goals.

What is the Fair Credit Reporting Act and why was it created?

The Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1681 (“FCRA”) is U.S. Federal Government legislation enacted to promote the accuracy, fairness, and privacy of consumer information contained in the files of consumer reporting agencies.The Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) was written in 1970 as an amendment to the Consumer Credit Protection Act.

What are the three credit bureaus?

A company that collects information relating to the credit ratings of individuals and makes available to credit card companies, financial institutions, etc. Transunion, Experian, and Equifax are the three major credit bureaus in America.

What is a charge off and how do I remove or fix them on my credit report?

A chargeoff or charge-off is the declaration by a creditor (usually a credit card account) that an amount of debt is unlikely to be collected. This occurs when a consumer becomes severely delinquent on a debt. Traditionally, creditors will make this declaration at the point of six months without payment. You can remove or fix these types of derogatory marks by scheduling a credit evaluation and signing up with our credit repair program.

How long does it take to fix bad credit?
